| As many of you know, I have done a lot of
bankruptcy work during my years as a lawyer
and it is heartbreaking seeing so many
people live life on the financial edge, paycheck to paycheck, and
it is just as heartbreaking to see people retire with no savings and just a
paid for house with no ability to keep in repair without doing a reverse mortgage
insuring that upon their death, the bank will own their house.
